I ordered a Fifi the Flowertots Forget-me-not Cottage for my daughter for Christmas last year... It arrived in 10 days all the way to Australia, but because it was a Christmas present it got wrapped and placed under the tree. When she opened it Christmas day was upset as some of it was missing. I sent an email to Kiddimax and promptly received an email back from Andy! He went above and beyond to get the missing piece for my daughter and always answered every one of my emails... Thank you so much to Kiddimax and Andy as now my four year old is extremely happy that her Fifi house is complete :) I would happily recommend there service and will definiately use them again!!!

Ordered the GoGo Hamster Deluxe Funhouse at 2pm on Monday. Arrived at 8.20 am on Tuesday. Less than 24 hours for delivery. AMAZING SERVICE!!! I'll definitely be ordering again soon.

What a great service!!!!! The communication was fantastic. In my opinion the toy and delivery prices were unbeatable. I placed an order for 3 items on the Mon and they were delivered on the Thurs. One item became unavailable, I was kept upto date with the status. Unfortunatley it wasn't going to arrive by the time I needed it, but a refund was issued straight away.

If only all websites had this level of customer service. My first order was delivered in record time and my second I did have to cancel, but I was contacted and refunded within 15 minutes of sending the request. Both orders have been for "This Is Me" dolls, and Kiddimax have the best choice I have seen in the UK. (I wish they could get the other deluxe dolls in stock as I have only seen Denny, Sam, Devon and Jessie over here.)
